First both PC's need NIC's. Then you need to install a common protocol for both. The easiest is NETBUEI (possibly spelled wrong) There is no configuration neccessary for this protocol. Just install on both machines. Make sure both machines are in the same workgroup. (THis can be changed in network properties.) THen go into Network Neighborhood and you should see the other machine. Oh yes, one more thing. You should enable file or printer sharing on them or there will be nothing to see.
