mondeo seatbelt warning

An alarm goes off in my Mondeo when someone hasn't got their seatbelt on.  Although theoretically this is an excellent safety device, it is extremely annoying when a loud alarm goes off when i'm doing 1mph crawl through a carpark and someone is in the process of puttin on their belt.  How do I cut this alarm??

do u have a manual? should tell u in it where the fuse box is located and then which fuse u need to pull out to disconnect it

Simple, don't move until all passengers are belted up.  Most accidents happen at less than 30mph.
