No, it's too new, however, you could insure the 1990 type one as a "modern classic", I have a Toyota MR2 from 1990 that I do that with, only £100 a year with limited mileage, although I had to shop around lots.
I had a 1990 Prelude, was 2.0 16 valve and had 4 wheel steer, was one of the fastest and best cars I ever owned. The steering system was so good it was very hard to skid it.
I had that Prelude too cockney. It was red and I absolutely adored it.
Mine had 150bhp and ABS so went like s of a shovel and stopped well too. I sold it to a bloke that I later heard had got drunk and wrapped it up around a lamp post.
Oh no. Sadly I left my husband who'd bought it for me from new so he took it back and bought himself an MR2 instead!!
