Bottom ball joint, CV Joint. wheel nuts loose? shocker.

If it varies with lock .. and load .. CV joint ... probably outer.

all of the above + anti-rollbar link arm/wheel bearing,as said low speed in a straight line,cornering,flat or uneven surface ??
