I just learnt the hard way that you can now be done (to the tune of £65) for having so much as one wheel momentarily stationary on a box junction.
The thing is I'm skint at the moment and the only option I have atm is to pay in a few intalments. Does anyone know if I have a legal right to pay this way?
Cheers.

Not a dig, re-read my answer & advise, ask for their evidence thats all I said Answer. Oh well.
Mentioning God was probably as pointless as your answers :-)

Thanks TWR, but the letter I received included a freeze-frame photo of my car partially on the box junction, I accept that they had me 'bang to rights' the thing is, I never knew that being on one had become a punishable offence.
I have always taken care not to be stationary on them.
