self drive minibus hire...?

can anyone tell me any places that hire largeish (about 16-20 seat) minibuses in a self drive capacity, in the northwest? liverpool in particular?

so far i can only find ones that include the driver.

we have a driver who is fully qualified to drive them

Although smaller than what you're looking for, but only by one seat, I used to hire 15 seat transits from Stamford Van Hire in Altrincham, Cheshire. Try Salford Van Hire too, may be a bit closer for you depending on what part of Liverpool you're in. Google them for details or try yell.com
