Make sure its a big one!! Sorry couldnt resist
I'd have a look at the various sites, liz - easycar, hertz, autocar, etc. Google "car hire at (whichever airport you're flying into)" - you'll find out who has desks at that airport then you can do a comparison on their websites.
We always book online with holidayautos, use them every year. They are competitive and good servicegive .
?? you know what I meant!
Depends how much travelling you are doing? But something like a Vauxhall (Opel in Spain I guess) Vivaro - will give you a bit of extra room.
The firm called Autoresin Liz, price wise they are good, I have booked on-line , they have a place in Teneriffe South Looking at your people +cases you will need a peoples carrier.
A good starting point would be the website of the Spanish airports authority:
http://www.aena.es/cs...2871783&pagename=Home
Use the drop-down menu, at the top left, to select the relevant airport, and click 'Go'.
On the next page, click 'Vehicle Hire' (towards the bottom of the centre column of text).
You'll then see a list of all the car rental firms serving that airport, together with links to their websites.
Those links will then show you what's available.

You'll probably need a Mercedes Vito, Volkswagen Transporter, Fiat Scudo, Peugeot Expert or similar. (They all seat 9, with space for 5 suitcases).
