I have a 2 tone red and silver terrano and want to know what the silver paint on bottom half and on bumpers is called

If you go to Halfords or similar they will have a paint book detailing what paint was used on what vehicle in what years.
eg. Nissan Terrano 2001-2004 Starburst Silver (just an example, you'll have to look it up.)

Look at your drivers handbook, it will tell you where the paint codes are on your vehicle.

Use a proper Automotive Paint supplier to identify ... not Halfords! lol
If you want a small amount, they might be able to fill sone cans for you with the proper stuff.
Beware tho .. there may be several shades .. of the silver at least!

even with the right shade/tint silver is a pig to match.....
