last year i was claiming jobseekers allowance and i worked on the side,i was caught but never received a caution or any thing like that i was just wondering will it appear on a crb check and will it hinder me getting any work in the future (i am SIA licenced) and have been told that if i have been then my licence will be revoked pls pls help

don't assume the investigation is over, unless you've had a letter to that effect. DWP prosecutions take a long time getting to court..
You will probably just be asked to pay back the illegally obtained cash. Depends no the amount. If it was £1000s they will prosecute, but for a £100 or so they will just want it back.
