The caravan site owner says that I can only sell my caravan back to him. Is this true?
When I bought the caravan it was over £15,000 and they want to offer me £3,000 2 years later for the same caravan.

They won't allow anyone to do any work for you on their site unless it is them and they charge through the nose for their services. You also have to have gas and insurance from them.

Is there a law against this extortion. I know it has been going on for years. However I don't think people should beable to get ripped off like this. Any thoughts ?

Should have checked your contract (with a fine toothed comb) before signing it. Find your contract and check it now. You may find a loophole, but I doubt it.
