Hi
Any ideas how the law stands with a neighbour who leaves a small caravan in a parking space in the layby opposite her house. Been there for months now, taking up a space much needed by people in flats for parking their cars. This is on behalf of a friend of mine who lives next door to the woman and isn't sure if there is anything she could do. Is it worth reporting to anyone?

If it is on a public road, it is illegal. Speak to your local council.
