don't know about the engine replace the exhaust find that will increase the speed off the bike for u u ask if it is legal i don't think u would get in trouble unless u get pulled over for speeding

Depends what licence you have.

Changing the exhaust is a waste of money.

Some are easy to derestrict some are not.
