on the www.direct.gov.uk pratical test A1 must not exceed a power to weight ratio of 0.16 kW/kg. Passengers are not allowed to ride in the sidecar during the test. i know i cant take a pilion pasasnger on L plates
dut does this mean i can take passangers in the side car on a provisional licence i can not find any other information

I am sure you cannot carry passengers in any vehicle without having a full licence unless that person is a full licence holder giving you instruction but go to this site and ask........
