I have a Fiesta Fun 1.3 2001. I cannot find a timing belt on any parts sites. does this mean it does not have a timing belt?

No, simply try any Ford spares department.
this car has a timing chain!
Your engine is an old design. It has a chain driven camshaft (as above) and pushrods to rockers. The short answer is that you've got nothing to worry about except noisey tappets(because everyone's forgotten how to adjust them!)
Ford can change procedures on the same model. On m Mondeo some engines have a belt while others are driven by gears or a chain which should adjust itself
Your engine is a Kent 1300 which uses a chain-no maintenance required-same engine as the mk1 and 2 escort!
