there are ways and web site to do it, my advice is to ask ask.com, search "downgrade psp". but if you are using the net/wifi you may be more prone to nasties lurking in files.

looking on their downgraders page it looks as though 2.80 is the latest downgrade at the moment. but a 2.81 downgrader could be just around the corner
