Trouble starting Corsa Diesel

So, I had to take my lil car to get a new starter motor fitted & at the same time got four shiny new glow plugs, thinking that would be an end to my troubled mornings.  But alas no, it's still an effort to get it going... fair enough, it's not as bad as it was, but it's not right!  What's up now??
