hi passenger side back door will not open from outside or inside was on child lock so i removed the door trim to find the inner cable was broken but the door should still open from the out side ?

If it's still under warranty, take it back :)

Hi, If as you said the cable was broken how do you expect the door to be opened from the outside? the outside latch is interconnected to the cable that controls the inner door handel.
