where is the ECU on a Hyundai Atoz ?

I have a very unloved Hyundai Atoz I am planning to sell as I've not got a ford mondeo.

the Atoz has one anoying little things: when its cold it revs the engine until its warmed up, not a very nice thing for town driving. I have bumped into gadgets on ebay that are supposed to boost the car performance but ready the description it explains that these go on the exaust temperature sensing line and modify the reading making the car rev (how that provides more power i can't understand), I'm wondering if something like this is fitted to my Atoz and if found want to remove it, However I need to find the ECU first which it should be attached to
