no you have to book in for it like your road test, but its common sense, do your homework and you'll be fine

Yes.

Everything is a hazard.

Parked cars, junctions, pedestrians, leaves, puddles, signposts, oncoming traffic, bikes.

I had to do the theory test when I did my Bike Test in 2006. I only got one "clicking too often" in the hazard section.
