speeding ticket

ive recieved a notice of intended prosecution and ive read up on it that says it must be signed by the chief constable or printed. on my ticket it is printed by the supervisor on behalf of the chief constable, can i use this to my advantage?

why o why do you come on here asking advice how to get away with speeding. What would you have done if you had hit someone ?just carried on and then ask advice. People that speed then come on here asking advice just make me see red.
