could someone advise me how to remove streaing wheel from a 1994 ford probe so i can remove ignition barrel

i don't think you have to remove the steering wheel to remove the ignition barrel just the upper and lower steering column shrouds.

tonyav is correct, but you will have to drill out the shearbolts that hold it in place "carefully"
