We've just taken delivery of a second hand car (06) from a reputable dealer. However, on closer inspection when we got home we've discovered its got a few scratches.
Should the garage take it back and get them polished out/touched up?

The closer inspection should have been done and pointed out to the dealer to fix it before you bought the car.

You might get lucky if you ask them.
if you signed a release form or an appraisal form before taking the car, without stating the scratches, you aint got a chance.
