Fiesta front bumper loose

My Fiesta has a loose font coloured bumper above the wheel arch, only problem is the whole where the bolt goes through is broken has anybody got any ideas how to fix the bumper to be able to rebolt it.

difficult without actually seeing the problem - but maybe you could use body filler and one of those 'mesh' repair patches - depending on the weight involved you may hav to patch it a couple of times - then re-drill to fit bumper ? good luck !
