hi i work for renault it really needs to come into a garage so it can be checked out on the computer if its a petrol engine then sometimes its the coils
I assume that it is petrol as you say the plugs are all good. but diesel or petrol, the first easy move is to pour a can of redex into the tank when you fill up. it will clean injectors , valves and fuel ines etc. has made all the difference to all the cars that I have used it in.for a couple of quid it's well worth a go.
It depends what year you car is, can't give an answer without that.

What revs does the misfire start at? if your doing 4500-5000 revs it is the rev limiter cutting in.
