hi can any one give me a bit of advice we purchase this property in 1991 on the side of our property there is a side enterance wich is our side enterance nothing to do with our neighbour and it have a c/plastic sheet roof wich is touching neighbour wall butt no any other support with neighbour wall now my neighbour moved in 1997 they made no complain about this up to now butt recently they are saying this roof is trespassing because now we have boundary dispute with the neighbour . from 1991 up to 2006 approximately 16 years this roof is on do i have to removed this roof or there is a time frame in building regulation, thanks,
