Diesel Engines Misfires

My Rover 600TDSLi diesel engine starts to intermittantly misfire when driving after it has been running for about 15-20 mins and it has warmed up.

It seems to do it worst at a low to medium power setting when I am cruising.

What is likely to be the cause.

hi rob, my advice is to put a bottle of redex in your tank when you fill up(�2.99. frm asda) this will clean out your injectors and pipes etc. my mondeo tdci was doing the same, the redex cured the problem, plus more mpg and a smoother engine .well worth a try.
