Maybe they will crash into you next week. Then how would you feel? Call the police immediately - please.

How do you report them?

Do you phone the police or the DVLA?

Apparently this person has had their license taken off them because their eye sight is to bad to drive. So the doctor informed the DVLA.
You can be anonimous. Go to this site click on your questions answered. Down the right hand side report an untaxed vehicle http://www.direct.gov.uk/Motoring/fs/en

Yes i would, and dont feel bad about it. They should not be driving a car and could kill somebody.
problem is if the tax is out of date then their insurance is void too.
ou can give all the info to crimestoppers as they do not take any details on yourself if you wish to remain annoymous.
hard@it, apparently that is untrue & a widely spread urban myth.

I have yet to see any evidence supporting either stance, however!
Sorry..yes, I would report them. Not only are they dangerous, they are thieves.
Would you feel more inclined to report them after they'd killed someone? But would you then feel guilt for the death you could have prevented?

They have their licence removed for a reason - they are considered a danger to other people. Nutters like this are the sort of people the police should spend their time chasing, not people doing 33mph in a 30.

Please report them and get them forcibly removed from the road BEFORE there's any death or injury.
Pippa 68 - take your point and will look into it.

why don't you put an anonomous note on his car telling him the notewriter is going to turn him in. giving him the opportunity to clean up his act. this way you won't feel like a rat. although i see some people don't mind feeling this way.
Maxximus, so someone else sees ummmm sticking a note to this guy's car and ummmm then gets found out? Why bother with a note?
Report this maniac before he kills someone! He shouldn't be on the road at all!
ummmm If you think you will feel like a grass after reporting him, how do you think you will feel if this guy ends up killing someone with his car and you have not reported him????? Is he worth someone's life???

Must add I do like WM suggestion too.

It's a she!

I've done it now. Thanks for the advise. I feel less guilty now
WMs suggestion would not work, it would just drop out, ram a potatoe in.
SO they must have a SORN on it then or its not a registered vehicle otherwise they would have automatically been fined. I think the only thing that makes youre insurance invalid is if you're disqualified from driving.
Well done ummmm! You'r a star! You may even have saved someone's life. XXX

They couldn't have filled in a sorn because it's still on the road and she's still driving it. She told me a month ago that she'd taxed it but I checked it out all last week and it still didn't have tax.

Well I suppose she could have lied on the sorn
go for it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
