There's probably not a definitive answer to your question as procedure A will be cheaper in country X but procedure B will be cheaper in country Y. In trying to make a genuine comparison of prices, it would also be necessary to take into account travel and accommodation costs.

some swiss company called 'EasyBeauty' or something it considered the cheapest. Its based on the 'Easy' biz model. Or im sure the States has some pretty competitive prices. be careful though. make sure u get someone who knows what they're doing
