I have a 2001 xzara piccaso lx and the heater blower as stopped I would like to think 1st that the fuse as blown. Any picasso owners out there know which fuse as to be changed? I have a Haynes manual and a hand book but I am still cannot figure out which fuse to change..Thanks

It's possible the fault lies with the resistors that are in the circuit to give you the different speeds of fan. If all resistors have gone then the fan doesn't work. The Renault Scenic has this problem.
