Would a drivers seat out of a new shape 3 door Focus ST2 fit in a Mk1 Focus 3 door.

I used to work for Ford on Focus .. but I am not sure about this.
There have been so many changes along the way with different models, I wouldn't expect the rails to line up with mounts.
I think some of the changes have been due to modular seats, seat heating, airbag technology and pre-tensioner systems.
