what happens to motorbility cars when they are handed back after three years and can the public purchase them

as far as I know they are sold on to garages who sell them off as normal cars
A lot go to auction too.

found one at BCA but only registered traders can see the car details on line

I went looking for an automatic after my spinal surgery. Bought one that had been previously owned by a guy who only had one arm. Still had the mark on the steering wheel where the knob was mounted.
