The instructions for changing the spark plugs, here, start with "Take out the ignition coil module unit". So I assume that's what they're hiding behind:

Yep .. Underneath the coils.

The top of the engine is hidden by a plastic cover.

The plastic cover is unfastened via three screws which need to be turned through 90 degrees.

Then you have to detach the cables from and unscrew the pencil coils (two bolts ?)

This gives access to the spark plugs
