imo, its best to listen to the dialogue closely, or very amusing bits can be missed, and when you realise it is a live production.

true Anne but is light relief from all of the reality stuff which comes to us in the shed load nowadays
Well it makes me laugh out loud, and that can only be good. I don't really notice the fEcking swearing!!!
it's on BBC iplayer for anybody who missed it - or indeed wants to watch it again
I've just watched 15 minutes of it. It's feckin sh!te...
I agree with you Bobbi. Such a change from all that awful reality stuff!! And because it is live and you see the audience it sort of adds to it!! The bloke is a genius.

And there are shades of Father Ted about it, especially Father Jack!!
lol ummmm....I couldn't have put it better.
Question Author
LL I used to really enjoy Father Ted too
I much prefer Father Ted.
Question Author
and Father Jack enjoyed a Feck or 10 mercia..LOL
I have only found out about this gem of a tv show a couple of weeks ago, and missed last nights episode.

The episode from last week was excellent. The bikini waxing in the cupboard under the stairs had me in fits of laughter.
Like I said, all 4 episodes are on BBC iplayer
I have to agree with craft and ummmm.
At best, I would describe it as puerile and distinctly unfunny.
Could you imagine how crap it would be if they were English?
the swearing doesn't bother me - I've been known myself!! I'd rather hear it than be deaf!
Question Author
each to their own nightmare,:-))
exactly, bobbisox.
No doubt there are things which make me cry with laughter, but leave you totally unaffected.

Father Ted is (was ?) superb, though.
Question Author
