I have just discovered this radio show and think it's lovely. Series two started yesterday, and I wasn't aware I'd missed a Series One. Do you know if it's available to buy on CD?

Sorry, it's not available on CD. (Only a few comedy series make it to CD).

But it will probably be around again soon (either on Radio 4 or Radio 7). Series 1 was first transmitted in April & May 2009 and then repeated in April & May of this year.

Thank you Chris. They must've put series one on at a different time, because I nearly always listen to the radio at 6.30pm, and I'd never come across it before. Is there a a way I can find a recording of it on the computer? I'm not technically minded, so don't know if this is possible. Thanks again.

Sorry but the BBC doesn't have the necessary rights to permit them to leave the series online. (That's why iPlayer content is time-restricted). You'll have to wait until it's transmitted again. (It's previously occupied a late night slot. In 2009 it went out at 11pm on Wednesdays. Earlier this year it was transmitted at 11.15pm on Thursdays).

Thank you Chris. I thought the Sheila Hancock one on Tuesday was brilliant. But I suppose that doesn't necessarily mean the first series was any good. But I'll look out for it, if it comes round again.
