Funny we call it dinner on Sundays and tea through the week oop Norf anyway..lol, maybe it is because our habits have changed over the years?
We always had Sunday Dinner at 12 noon when I was a kid, then scones and cake at tea time which was about 5ish..
Now we have our Sunday roast when we like and there's no set time to eat, is it because Sunday is now like any other day...shame really.

I think it's probably down to what we are used to Bobbi. The Sunday Dinner leftovers were fried in the Pan for a very tasty supper. Making me hungry now thinking of those fried tatties !! :-))
Corse yous is posh bobbi
Until my kids left home we had a sit down meal at about 2 pm on a Sunday. Since then we haven't bothered. The dining table is practically redundant. It's usually meals on the knee.
