Think it was put down to an accident, I was on holiday when she died, I take it Lucas did murder her?

yes lucas did murder her - body was found and he was a suspect and so was denise but then it was deemed an accident and nothing since - so I suppose it will simmer till they need a storyline

last i saw he pushed her and she landed on a rake causing fatal injuries he left here there without getting help

He didn't in fact actually murder her, didn't he push her and she fell backwards onto a rake, but he made it look like an overdose and he didn't get any help for her, come to that nor would I have done!!

Lucas didn't murder her, he just didn't help her when she was fatally injured.

I think they recorded death by misadventure. Lucas is certainly off with murder/manslaughter ... for now. Let's not forget she's been buried rather than cremated, so there's always the possibility of exhumation at a later point.
