Ive got the same package with Virgin kevo, with the V box. I will be leaving them if they dont give me a better deal and go back to Sky when the contract is up in 2 months.
We, the customer are in a good position now as they are all having a bad time trying for new business.
Tell them that Sky have offered a better deal than them, they will not want to lose you.

Cheers for the info trt,the only worry i have is that if i tell them Sky have offered me a better deal, knowing my luck they will ask me to confirm what this deal is lol,so do you know of any deals that sky are offering that are better? i might just turn around and tell them that sky are gonna match them plus throw in Sky sports 1,2,3 for no extra cost, (in the hope that Virgin will also offer me these channels aswell lol) do you reckon this is a good idea or can you think of anything better to say? cheers
Existing customers do get a worst deal than new customers.
I am on Virgin 20Mb and pay 28.
Yet new customers are being offered 10Mb for 5 a month for 3 months then pay 14....
and 20Mb for 10 a month for 3 months and then pay 20.
I would not phone up and offer to leave, just phone up and say you are annoyed that new customers get a better deal than existing customers and SUGGEST you are thinking of leaving.
They may offer to upgrade your TV or broadband for the same price.

Be careful!I was with virgin and cancelled to go with Sky,everything went well and got a e-mail confirming the cancellation date but when that date came virgin didn't cancel the agreement and insisted that they never received my letters or e-mails.They then charged me another months money for the next 30 days and said they wld cancel the contract then!!Long story short i cancelled direct debit as i refused to pay another months money ,they sent me to debt collection agency for 25 which went up to 100!!
