Has anyone been watching this series on BBC3?
A group of fashion-conscious kids have been sent to India to work + live with the families of sweat shop workers making garments for our high street shops for a pittance. The living conditions are appalling, no showers etc- and yet the girls appear to have flawless make-up, hair + manicures at all times!
I smell a rat here! Any thoughts?

I really enjoyed the 1st one, but have not watched last nights yet. Winging little brats some of them aren`t they?
It is the Politically Correct BBC after all.

In last night's prog they were supposed to have been sleeping on the factory floor for 3 nights, with a hole in the ground for a loo, + no washing facilities, but the girls' french polished acrylic nails were flawless when they showed them operating the sewing machines!
I actually watched this last night and was totally gobamacked at the arrogance of the lad with the dark hair who kept questioning the locals why they didn't "better themselves". The arrogant little snot, I really wanted to lamp him one.
I thought the same Boo when I watched it. I think it was his "ignorance" of the culture that made him say what he did. He changed his opinion soon enough after the gentleman on the train spoke to him didn`t he???
