can anyone recommend how to refix a crown without visiting the dreaded costly dentist please ?

The chemist have a denture glue.H broke his plate and it was meant to be a temporay measure but 7 yrs on its still brand new.
Sorry cant remember what its called -if I can find it i'll post a link.

You can temporarily refix it with sugar free chewing gum, then I would recommend getting it done properly - I wouldn't think that it would cost much. You could always phone and ask in advance.
