Do goosebumps cause freshly shaved legs to grow hair faster? I heard it was just a myth but when I shave my arms or my legs and I get goosebumps they get little hairs and it grows everytime I get them. Some people say its a myth but I think its true and I want to prove it.

It doesn't seem to happen to my arm pits or anywhere else but my legs and arms. GIVE ME ANSWERS PLEASE!!
