How to download Prison Break from t'internet!

I have missed the first few episodes of Prison Break on TV - does anyone know the best and quickest website to download these episodes for free? My friend downloads Heroes and Lost and she says it takes 6 - 8 HOURS per episode!?!?!!? Is this normal? Thanks

Mine takes about an our per episode.
Depends what computer you have and what else you are doing on it.

it can take a long time to download but just leave to download overnight.i would imagine sky will run a refresher night as it is taking a small break at the mo.

PinkFlower, I went on this site but could only find the link that enabled me to watch on my PC and I really want to download and burn to DVD. Am I being really thick? Please help!!
