Holby City is at BBC Elstree in Borehamwood, the other side of the BBC car park from the Eastenders studios and backlot.
I don't know where Holby Blue is recorded, but that may be Elstree too.

I think they pretend it is in both shows, but only Casualty is filmed in Bristol. Usually very early in the morning, near our office by the river. When it first started we kept thinking something real was happening.
