Has anyone got any good diet tips. I would like to lose around 7 pounds. I did the Slimming World diet but found it difficult when it came to green days. Has anyone got any good diet ideas. Thanks.

Weight Watchers!! Eat what you like when you like as long as it is within your 'Points'
11pounds in 6 weeks - thats with a very small amount of exercise. (step amchine three time a week for like 10 minutes!)
Obviously if you do more exercise it would probably work faster...
You don't have to do green days on slimming world you know, you can just do red if you want,.

Personally I find green days easiest - lots of pasta, rice, jacket potatoes, salad etc. You can still have meat on a green day if you use a healthy extra or your sins.

I have lost 2 1/2 stone so far and am still going!
I am currently on a fantastic diet.
Daily intake is a litre of whiskey and 8 pints strong lager.

I lost 3 days last week.

I just got some Sledex tablets & started them today. They are supposed to supress your appitite. we'll see!
If you struggled with green stick to red like Cheeky Chops says. I lost 2 stone on slimming world doing red days only.
i go to slimming world but most days i cant stick to the diet , i only want to lose 1 stone but feel like just giving up and not going back :( wish i could just cut my fat off .i have only done the green day .
