The credits for the film simply show it as "The Pub Song" by Simon Gilbert, who was somehow related to the film's Director, Lewis Gilbert. It doesn't feature on the film's soundtrack though, unfortunately, so it may just have been written for the film. It's lyrics appear to be "I'm so happy that you're so happy that we're so happy...together.." though, if that's any help :)
