How do i remove pre dial screen

I have win 98 and every time i try to dial up the internet a pre dial screen comes up and is most annoying..how do i remove this

If you are refering to the dial-up connection screen then isn't there a connect automatically tick box under the save password tick box? Ticking the former will just flash the dial-up connector screen up. Be aware that if you decide to connect automatically you will have no control over whether certain applications (Symantec Live Update f'rinstance) make a connection to the internet without your permission.

no but thank you for your time..it was actually after the dial box comes up you have to click a pre-dial terminal first for it to dial which is a pain...i must not of explained myself clearly sorry..any answers to that one

Almost impossible, perhaps you could consider upgrading to Fibre or Broadband? There are no pre-dial screens on those.
