Wow, just wow. Thank you so much.
Just had two full night's sleep after taking this.
Pretty amazing as I have real problems actually getting to sleep, and waking if I do manage to drop off.
Don't know how this works, but it certainly does for me.
Best bit is that I don't feel drugged or zombie-like. Just so relaxed and chilled.
Thank you again.

I haven't heard of it, but I hope emmie sees this. It might help her too.

In that case, thank you so much calmck :)
I intend to get some once we’re home.
As an interim measure I bought some melatonin gummie things from Holland & Barrett, taken them for two nights and might as well have chewed a jelly baby for all the good they did.
Glad those worked for you ferlew, will defo be buying some myself.
Which one did you buy, Ferlew?
Is it a tablet??
Smow, it's these tablets Amazon.com User Recommendation
They're showing as currently unavailable.
It seems to be lavender and chamomile as relaxants.
Glad it worked. There are others similar. Mine is by NU Nutrition.
Extract of Montmorency cherry. Showing as available today
Ah, some contain melanin as well.
Just one thing- something "natural" is not necessarily either safer or milder, than anything else.
Is this the one, calmck?

Ohhh I see x
Just a quick note:
If anybody suffers from mental health problems, you're not supposed to take melanin.
I still haven't found out why, though!
I'm going to try this myself !
So the exact name of it to order is??
Melatonin, not melanin! I was touch typing in response to pixie!
Sorry, gen, autocorrect!
//Interestingly enough, however, melatonin can also make depression symptoms worse in some people. As melatonin is used for sleep, it brings energy levels down. Weakened energy can contribute to feelings of depression. Lowering one’s mood more than the individual is used to can lead to a depressive state. According to some experts, the negative effects of melatonin can be combatted by increasing your Vitamin D intake. The easiest and most natural way to increase your Vitamin D intake is to expose your body, safely of course, to natural sunlight. Upping Vitamin D can almost instantly improve your mood, and negate the lowered mood you may have from melatonin supplements. Of course, another good rule of thumb is to limit the amount of melatonin you are consuming. Using it every day may not be necessary, and if you feel that is altering your mood too much, ask your therapist about other natural alternatives.//

If that helps.
