TV Programme called Seven Up

There is a TV programme that was originally called Seven Up and was about a group of 7 yr old kids from different backgrounds. The programme is shown every 7 years - the 2nd one was called Fourteen Up, the 3rd one Twenty One Up etc etc. The 'kids' are now 48 years old (same age as me). Has anyone heard if there will be a programme this year?

thikasabrik it's a bit scary the way these seven year markers seem to be coming around faster!!

I haven't heard anything yet but at the end of this article it says that the director will continue to make new updates as long as he's alive....

Thanks for that Robinia. Let's hope the director stays in good health for the next 30 years or more! I just love watching the programme.
Yes I've been wondering about this, and posted a question earlier this year. I remember seeing all the prvious ones and found them fascinating. They'll be 49 this year.
