Hi all

Recently I have seen a few episodes of above. It looks to me as if any one of the challenges he undertakes seems to involve enough calories for 2 days.
Given this, does anyone think he must go out round the back and vomit it all up again?

I've often wondered where he put it all
I saw one episode a couple of days ago, where he was eating fahl - the programme was gross.
I wouldn't take on the challenges he does but have to admit some of the food has me salivating!

Didn't see that one. What is fahl? Not in any dictionary I have.

Agree about how most of them look.
it's Phall.

Thanks. Still doesn't mean anything.
It's the hottest curry - they spell it Fahl at our local Indian.

Thanks Phil

I remember the days - but not any more.
This is the curry he tried. The respirator is NOT for effect, it is a requirement for the chef!

Apologies for the curt manner of my Phall post boxy, wasn't meant as such.
Yes, there are different spellings of it as pointed out in the Wiki link.
I watch this all the time on the Good Food channel. Apparantly he starves himself and works out to get himself ready for the monster challenges. I still don't know how he manages it though.
I really cannot imagine the pain once those curries have been through one's innards. Bog paper in the fridge? It'd have to be sheets of silk one degree above freezing!
