how do i auto transfer data between worksheets in excel

i am running a fantasy motorcycle dreamteam league at work and would like to know how to update results for several teams across worksheets and workbooks.  I am using excel, would i be better off with access? i want to enter the points for each rider then be able to update each team in one go.if non of the above programmes are  suitable which could i use and how.

For data in one worksheet to be dynamically updated in another worksheet the you must copy the cell in SheetX and use  Paste Special...  ⇒ Paste Link  into the cell in SheetY.

Kempie is right. The only other thing that you should remember is to use multiple worksheets in one workbook. It's much better when the open the file.
