Apparently, the door which leads on to the stage got jammed shut with them on the wrong side of it, there was talk about having them re-film it with Daniel and Ruth included.

I downloaded it from the ITV website - it cost 95p.

You could look on a peer-to-peer site maybe? I don't know any, but one of our more knowledgable ABers probably will.
